Cold Water Therapy
We grow the most when we face the fear and get uncomfortable.
My cold water journey began with a 30 day challenge back in May 2021, from my very first sunrise swim I was hooked.
We host weekly cold water therapy sessions followed by breakfast at the cafe opposite the beach. For full details of swim locations and times please join the Facebook group to see full details of events.

"What we think, we become"
ABOUT ME & SHANTI YOGA SAFARI
Shanti Yoga Safari has been founded by me, Agnes Jung. My goal is to offer yoga programs that may benefit you and make you more resilient. I have been practicing yoga since 2003. I started practicing hatha yoga in the beginning and later explored various traditions, including vinyasa and yin yoga. I recently fell in love with aerial yoga. I completed a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, because I wanted to deepen my knowledge and practice of hot hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, pranayama and meditation to ensure that I can be your best guide on your yoga journey. Shanti Yoga Safari started as my dream of creating a community which shares the love of yoga and nature. Shanti is a Sanskrit term meaning "peace." In both Hindu and Buddhist practice, yogis chant shanti three times in order to promote peace in body, mind and spirit, such as in the mantra, Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
Feedback from the lovely people I have been honoured to guide
People often ask me how Shanti Yoga Safari can benefit their lives. I tell them how yoga has influenced my own lifestyle, and that I am keen to share the love of yoga with as many people as I can, so there will be more happier and healthier people in our communities.

The perfect session after a busy day! Very relaxing and enough theory to help me understand (I am a beginner). Will definitely be going again!
